TSANZ 2016 TRANSPLANT UPDATE FOR CLINICIANS
Wednesday 13th April 2016
This one day symposium will target clinicians involved in long term care of organ transplant recipients. The programme will be practical, clinically focussed and delivered by transplant clinicians of global renown. We will include case studies to highlight contemporary issues in transplant recipient management.

The 34rd Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM) of the Transplantation Society of Australian and New Zealand will be held at the:-

The UTS car park is open from 6.30am to 10.30pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 5.30pm on Saturday and 8am to 8pm on Sunday. There is limited ticketed parking on Jones and Thomas street, which has a 2 hour limit. The Novotel carpark (169-179 Thomas Street, Ultimo) has a public carpark open 24hrs 7 days per week. The cost for guests of the Novotel is $35 p/day. Standard parking rates apply for non-guests of the Novotel.
Distinguished international speakers include:
- Dr Gabriel Oniscu from the University of Edinburgh,
- Professor Alberto Sanchez-Fueyo from the Kings College London and
- A/Professor Dorry Segev from Johns Hopkins University.
There will also be a large number of local speakers.
The ASM will be preceded by a Postgraduate Training Course (PGC) which will be held for 1.5 days from 9th –10th April, 2016. The course, which will be a combined basic and clinical sciences course, is designed for both postgraduate students and trainees.
The Annual Dinner will be held at The Great Hall, The University of Sydney on Monday 11th April, 2016.
